gizwiz > The engines run but I haven't moved the boat in over ten years. It's big and there are too many cables and lines to disconnect. And far too many things to fall and break. Besides my 22 foot boat is easy to move and to dock.

gizwiz > Midships is a second office. I had the houseboat designed as an office. In a regular houseboat this area would be used for dining. The back office would normally be the bedroom.

gizwiz > The bottom drawer of the file cabinet is out of wack from being tossed around so many times from big wakes. The fireplace is electric. You would want a real fireplace on a rocking boat.
gizwiz > A place to sit and have a snack, a drink or coffee. That's an original Jack Davis sketch in the background. Jack was one of MAD's most famous artists. He's semi-retired now.
